Software and Web Developers are the creative minds behind computer programs and websites. Some Software Developers develop the applications that allow people to do specific tasks on computers or devices, while others develop the underlying systems that run the devices or control the networks. Software Developers must identify the core functionalities that users need. Web Developers are responsible for the both the design and look of the site as well as the site’s technical aspects such as performance and capacity which are metrics of a website’s speed and traffic.
